• Custom Designs: For any bespoke or customized orders, full payment is required upfront.

• Non-Refundable: Custom or one-of-one items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Turnaround Times: Shipping and production times are estimates. Zeki Labs is not liable for delays due to materials, logistics, or carrier issues.

3. User Content

Zeki Labs may allow customers to submit reviews, comments, or other forms of content.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant Zeki Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for promotional or operational purposes.

All content on the Zeki Labs website and social media — including but not limited to logos, product designs, text, photos, and videos — is owned by Zeki Labs or its licensors.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of Zeki Labs' designs or media for commercial use without prior written permission. This includes duplicating sneaker, apparel, or accessory designs.

Custom Collaborations: If a collaboration involves your branding or logo, Zeki Labs reserves the right to use content created from that project for portfolio or promotional use.

5. Disclaimers

No Warranty: Zeki Labs is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site or service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Product Risks: Use of handmade or custom products is at your own discretion. Zeki Labs is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by wearing or using our products.

6. Termination
